Subscription FAQ
1. What is the subscription service?
Our subscription service offers regular delivery of refill filter every 3 months. By subscribing, you enjoy 20% off from every refill filter orders. Subscription will auto-renew at the end of their duration.
2. How do I sign up for a subscription?
To sign up, select “Subscribe and save” option when you add to cart your Facial Water Filter or Refill Filter. You’ll need to create an account or log in to manage your subscription.
3. Can I change/cancellation my subscription?
Yes! You can customize your subscription by changing shipping address for the next order, pausing/cancelling your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and go to the [Manage Subscription] section to make changes.
Subscription cancellation must be at a minimum of 3 days prior to billing or email to help@luvifilter.my for assistance.
4. When will I be billed?
Billing occurs on your first orders and subsequently it will be 3 months after your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your billing details after each charge.
5. What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused until payment is received. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid interruptions.
