1. Why is the filter leaking?

Please check if the LuviFilter is installed correctly, as there shouldn’t be any leakage. If not, kindly advise re-install and make sure there is no rubber ring inside the faucet

2. What should I do if none of the providedadapters fit my faucet?

Please check your faucet and make sure there’s no rubber ring left inside. If yes, kindly remove the rubber ring before trying the installation again. If the problem persists, please contact help@luvifilter.my​

3. Why can’t I remove aerator?

Your aerator might be stuck. We recommend soaking the tip of your faucet in white vinegar for a few hours to loosen the debris, then try again.
